We would like to take a minute and share the NEWEST state guidelines requiring volunteers to be fully vaccinated.
If you plan to help us with a volunteer opportunity at FHMS, we will contact you after you sign up on the Sign Up Genius. At that point, your vaccination card can be shown to the PTSA before your volunteer shift, or you may show it to the office staff when checking in. A digital copy or your physical card may be shown to the PTSA or school office staff.
The District plan is to add vaccination status to the Raptor volunteer system, but until system is fully updated, we need to do our part at the local school to verify vaccination status.
Once you have shown proof of vaccination, you will receive a volunteer name tag at the school when you check in
In addition to vaccinations, the school will need to verify that volunteers are still approved in the LWSD Volunteer Raptor system. If it has been longer than two years since you have volunteered, please use the LWSD Volunteer Application System - Raptor - located here.
