Our PTA meeting summaries are posted only after they have been reviewed and approved at the following meeting.

Written meeting summaries are only available to current PTA Members - and require an account on our website to access online.

• If you are a PTA member and don't want to create an account, please contact secretary@fhmsptsa.com - who will confirm your membership and send you a copy of the meeting minutes you wish to review.
• If you are not a PTA member, join today! Remember to also create a user account on this website. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing the membership and updating your user account with the proper access.

2023-2024 General Meeting Summaries

General Membership Meetings:

* Minutes for final meetings of the school year will be presented and approved at the first corresponding meetings of the following school year.

We provide meeting summaries instead of publishing the meeting meetings persuant to our governing body of WA State PTSA:

PTAs are private associations, and the law provides for restricted access to minutes. Washington’s Nonprofit Corporation Act (24.03) states minutes need only be made available to members of over three months’ standing who have a PTA purpose for examining those records. Any review should happen in-person, after determining the PTA purpose for the review.
